B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELECTING RESPONDENT FOR INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONNAIRE
For Households scheduled for an interview with a respondent aged 18 to 49, include that Person (Household member) number from the Household roster column. The Person number will be recorded below in Q0452 and then in Q1007 on the Individual Respondent Questionnaire - and Q0453 to Q0456 will be left blank. The younger respondent will be a follow-up respondent from the World Health Survey.
For Households scheduled for an interview with a respondent aged 50+ years - you will interview all persons aged 50+ years. Someone younger than 50 years may complete the Household Questionnaire.
You may have multiple individual interviews for one household, but you need to complete the household questionnaire only once. The multiple respondents for the individual questionnaire should be listed below starting with Q0452 for the first person, Q0453 for the second, Q0454 for the third…and so on. Then also insert in Q1007 on the Individual Respondent Questionnaire.
